Deine Aufgaben

Als Werkstudent*in B2B Marketing & PR unterstützt du uns dabei, die Vision von Sono Solar in die Welt zu tragen. Du übernimmst eigenständig die Verantwortung für Projekte, bringst frische Ideen ein und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Marke auf Messen, in der Presse und auf Social Media sichtbar ist. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören:

  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von B2B Marketing- und PR-Strategien
  • Betreuung und Ausbau unserer Social-Media-Kanäle (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, etc.)
  • Erstellung von Content, der inspiriert – von Posts und Blogartikeln über Newsletter bis zu Pressemitteilungen
  • Organisation und Teilnahme an Events, Messen und Kooperationen
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Marketingmaterialien (Präsentationen, Flyer, Visuals etc.)
  • Unterstützung bei der Analyse von Kampagnen und Markttrends
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produkt- und Vertriebsteam, um unsere Botschaften perfekt abzustimmen
 
 

Unsere Anforderungen

Du bist kommunikativ, kreativ und hast Lust, in einem nachhaltigen und zukunftsorientierten Unternehmen Verantwortung zu übernehmen? Perfekt – genau das suchen wir bei dir:

 

  • Du bist eingeschriebener Studentin ab dem 4. Semester im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Medien, BWL oder einem ähnlichen Studiengang
  • Du hast bereits Erfahrungen in B2B Marketing, Social Media, PR oder Eventorganisation gesammelt – im besten Fall im Bereich Renewable Energy oder Automotive / Nutzfahrzeuge
  • Du hast Freude an Text, Gestaltung und Storytelling – und bringst eigene Ideen mit
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und kannst eigenverantwortlich Projekte umsetzen
  • Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Kommunikation über technische Produkte und Services
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Kenntnisse in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite oder ähnlichen Tools sind wünschenswert
  • Fließendes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift sind ein absolutes Muss, weitere Sprachen wie bspw. Spanisch, Italienisch oder Französisch von Vorteil
  • Du bringst Begeisterung für Nachhaltigkeit, Solarenergie und Mobilitätswende mit

Working Student, Part-time, Munich

Your Tasks

As part of our motivated project team, you will gain hands-on experience in developing and testing solar products for commercial vehicles, actively contributing to prototypes, test setups, vehicle-integrated components, and taking responsibility for our in-house material testing. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Design CAD models of mechanical parts using CATIA V5
  • Create complete system assemblies and generate detailed assembly drawings
  • Conduct mechanical and thermomechanical tests such as peel, tensile and shear adhesion strength tests on our in-house pull tester machine
  • Analyze test results, document findings, and present them to the wider team
  • Support the project engineering team with component research, design concept documentation, and project planning (e.g., taking meeting minutes)
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of system wiring diagrams
  • Collaborate with project engineers on prototype builds, test setups, and design improvements, bringing your ideas into real projects
 

Our Requirements

  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Material Science, Renewable Energies, or a related field, and are at least in your 4th semester
  • You have a strong engineering background and a genuine interest in mechanical engineering and material science, ideally with a focus on polymers
  • You are analytical, solution-oriented, and enjoy working independently, while also being ready to get hands-on
  • You bring advanced CAD skills in CATIA V5 (Assembly, Part Design, Drafting, GSD)
  • You are flexible and ready to take on a variety of tasks, even if they are new or outside your direct responsibilities
  • You are required to be predominantly on-site in our Munich office. If you cannot work on-site, this position is not suitable.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus
  • You have a proactive attitude and share our passion for sustainability
